County Clerk, Hugh Ogletree Jr. was born in 1948 and raised in Overton County. The son of Hugh and Betty Ogletree, he graduated from Livingston Academy in 1966. Hugh married Linda Conner in 1966 and they have two children, Tammy Mansfield and Tonya Ford. Hugh and his wife Linda are also blessed with seven grandchildren.  Hugh and his family attend the Livingston Church of Christ.

Hugh was elected in 1978 to the Overton County Clerks Office and has served as County Clerk for 28 years. He is very dedicated to helping the citizens of Overton County.
